1. Booking and Payment Terms:
* Payment can be made via e-transfer to aspenandoakrentalsinc@gmail.com
We also accept all major credit cards including Apple Pay. Please note that additional carrier fees of 2.9% will apply for all credit card transactions.
* A 50% deposit of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking date.
* The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of the rental agreement, and the deposit will be forfeited.
* The initial deposit becomes non-refundable if cancellation occurs within three (3) weeks of the event date.
2. Delivery and Pick-Up:
* A delivery and pick-up fee applies and will be quoted based on the event location.
* Chairs will be delivered in stacks and will not be arranged by the vendor.
* Chairs must be stacked as originally delivered, and any cushion items must be placed back in the provided boxes and be ready for pick-up at the agreed time. Lateness will attract an additional charge.

* If the client opts not to use our pick-up service, all rented items must be returned within 24 hours of the scheduled event. Late returns will incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations made more than three (3) weeks before the event will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
* Cancellations within three (3) weeks of the event will forfeit the full deposit.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event.
4. Damage and Liability:
* The client is responsible for any loss or damage to rented items from the time of delivery until pick-up or return.
* Any damaged or missing chairs or accessories will be charged at their full replacement cost.
* Stains, burns, or other damage to cushion items will incur a cleaning or replacement fee.
* The vendor is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of rented items.The Customer understands and holds Aspen & Oak harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, cost, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising from the use of our rental items.
5. Rental Period and Usage:
* Rental items are for event use only and must not be resold, subleased, or used for any unlawful purposes.
* The client agrees to use all rented items responsibly and in accordance with their intended purpose.
* Any extensions beyond the agreed rental period must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
6. Force Majeure:
* The vendor is not responsible for failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond our control.
7. Agreement to Terms:
* By placing a booking, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
* The vendor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
